Passion is usually a word that conjures up visions of intense sex.
But, Passion is not to be left in the bedroom.
Passion is neither pretty or ugly. Nor smart or dumb.
It is the force that keeps you pursuing and going after something with all of your heart and strength.
Passion is defined as any powerful or compelling emotion or feeling, as love or hate.
Now where am I going with all of this?
In order to reinvent your career or to be a successful entrepreneur the compelling reason has got to be more than to get more money. Certainly, success will not come over night.
Your pay increase will be determined by your self-development. Your self-development will increase your personal value to others couple with your technical know how.
In any business endeavor there is a learning curve that will not be obviated regardless of the sleazy “secret easy get rich quick squeeze page deceptions”.
It isn’t quick nor necessarily “easy”.
Can you get comfortable about failing sometimes in this business to which you are passionate?
Passion – the strong emotion to which it is directed is what will help you continue and learn during the learning curve.
Others may not see your vision for the future and ll of the upcoming changes. Will you let them convince you to let go of your passion for independence and change.
Will you go back and do what you have been trained to do or do what they think you should do?
Are you willing to learn new things? Are you willing to take on the challenge of new training? Are you willing to be inconvenienced by listening to teachings of others and employing those trainings and strategies to that passionate purpose that brought you to action?
